The Power of Living in Alignment

Aryana Rollins helps people live in alignment with their higher true self by removing blockers that prevent them from pursuing their true purpose. She is an internationally recognized facilitator of the Cybernetic Transposition processes, who specializes in supporting entrepreneurs on a spiritual path and sensitive people ready to accelerate their powers of manifesting with congruence and authenticity.

I am excited to share with you this conversation with my dear friend and personal mentor, Aryana Rollins. Aryana is a trainer in Cybernetic Transposition. If you’re not familiar with that practice, then tune in to this conversation. We talk about living in congruence and aligning the way that we work in the world. The work that we do, the way we are and living in alignment with our higher true self. We take a look at exploring the path to healing, what wellbeing means and how you can master your mornings to make the most of your focus, productivity, and to live in that maximum alignment with your greater purpose. We start this conversation with a little centering exercise. The very lovely meditation you can come back to if you choose and enjoy the centering exercise with Aryana and the rest of our conversation. Thanks for joining us

I am so happy to share with you, she very near and dear to my heart, my good friend and advisor, Aryana RollinsShe teaches entrepreneurs on a spiritual path on how to create congruence between the 3D world of making money and the higher place of living from their true self so they can manifest their intentions personally, professionally and spiritually. Aryana is an internationally recognized facilitator of the Cybernetic Transposition processes and was one of the first certified and licensed trainers. With a professional background in Management Consulting in Europe and South America and a Psychology degree from Rutgers, she combines her experience, intuition and extensive personal development knowledge to teach her clients how to remove their invisible barriers to fulfillment. Aryana, it’s such a pleasure to have you.

I was so excited to be here with you. I get to witness your brilliance and see you shine. Thank you for inviting me.

It’s my pleasure and a treat. Thank you for making time to share this with us. To get us started, we talked about this before. If you don’t mind taking a moment or two, you have such a wonderful way of bringing presence and balance. Do you mind starting us off with a bit of a grounding exercise?

When we commit to a path, we know we have to make changes. Sometimes we're not quite ready, and that's okay. Click To Tweet

I’d be happy to. I could use it too. It’s been a busy day. Gently close your eyes. Your spine is straight. Notice your feet flat on the floor. Take a deep breath of peace and calming energy. Exhale out the earlier part of your day. Picture yourself in one of your perfect go-to nature scenes. Maybe you love the ocean and you see yourself walking on the beach with the sand between your toes, the water lapping on your feet, or maybe you love the mountains and that incredible pine forest air. Wherever you are, see yourself in your perfect nature scene. Imagine you can take a deep breath and have that high-quality air, and exhale out earlier part of our conversation and any free-floating thoughts.

Notice your feet flat on the floor and imagine at the bottom of your feet, you have your own grounding roots. Like a tree, they nourish you, strengthen you and support you. Imagine you could follow those roots out of your feet all the way to the center of the earth. You see a circle of light. Imagine planting your roots in that circle of light, grounding you, centering you, signifying you are there. Allow any tenseness, any resistance, anything blocking the love and the light from entering yourselves. Allow it to flow down out your feet into the soil of the earth below. You might feel a bit of tingling in the bottom of your feet as the resistance leaves your body

Bring your awareness to your heart and imagine as I ask this question, you’ll either see or intuit an answer. Focusing on your heart, ask peace. Show me a memory where I felt relaxed, fulfilled, peaceful, satisfied, maybe even loved. Give me an indication when you see something, a smile or a hand. Focusing on that moment in time, ask true self, my higher self, the part of me that has my back that knows and guides me, what will be fulfilling in this life? Where you present in that moment? You get a yes or a no or a blank. You get a yes? Beautiful. Let’s make this a wonderful conversation that we can support and uplift humanity during these crucial times and be present to yourself with us. Thank you so much. When you’re ready, open your eyes.

Thank you so much. I love the way you powerfully keep coming back to and keep strengthening that connection with the higher self just through checking in and tuning into that awareness. I’m tempted to dive into the middle of our conversation. Before I go too far, let me ask you to share with us how you came to this experience, to this breadth of knowledge that you’re so driven to share with everyone.

I could share the party line or I could drop the water line and share truly what happened. It was 2010. I was in a very painful disconnected relationship. There was a lot of background argument and conflict. It was Thanksgiving. I knew I had to get away. I got on a plane and interestingly came to San Antonio, Texas to visit my son for Thanksgiving. We got ourselves settled in the hotel. I woke up the next morning and it was the first time I remember sleeping through the night for a very long time because I would wake up in fear. As I came to, as I slept, the words came, “I know how to get back to my true self and on my path.” I grabbed a paper and pen. I wrote and wrote, and pages just flowed out of me.

As I read it, I said, “This is going to help me.” Sometimes we can get stuck in situations that are not healthy for us. I went back into the situation and it took me years before I could perform the exercise and the process on myself. I was teaching and guiding clients, and they were having remarkable successes, but I didn’t have that. When we commit to a path, we know we got to make changes and sometimes we’re not quite ready. That’s okay because our true self is not going to pressure. There’s free will respect. Part of me said, “Once I know that I’ve got to make a shift,” and once I did, things move fast. Once I did the exercises, yeah. A lot of our work comes from the point of struggle, suffering and pain. We evolved during those times and then we can help others where they are.

I notice in a lot of the people that I talk with, so much of their wisdom is informed by walking the same path and then the people who are drawn to work with them have similar experiences. We can’t pull from our own toolkit and help people out. Before doing the work that you do now in this iteration, were you a health coach before and you’ve just refined your process?

Way back, I was a project manager and worked in Europe and South America. My first entry into entrepreneurship was teaching people how to use natural essential oils and food quality supplements. I loved teaching classes. If people purchased, they purchased. I learned a lot about how to connect with people in an authentic way and be in a place of service, finding the things that they needed and were right for them. When I found the work that I’m doing now, it brought all the little pieces of me together. The structure part from the accounting background, the psychology part that opened up the black box, and also my love of serving people.

I described my journey as a concentric circular path. All of these seemingly unrelated aspects now come together to inform what I can share when I see people need different tools or methods of support.

I see you very much as a trusted advisor. You have people’s best interests at heart. I don’t know about you, but I can feel that my discernment’s going up and I’m leaning more towards those people that we’re coming from what’s best for all and not from service to self. I feel that with you.

Thank you very much. I do believe there’s so much more to be gained by believing there’s enough for everyone to experience abundance. We have to turn off some of the channels to stop hearing the other messages that would convince us otherwise.

Sometimes they’re real channels like Facebook, news and radio.

We learned to cultivate our input so that we don’t have to work so hard to clean up. I would love to know, how do you view and define wellbeing for yourself and the people that you work with?

HAP 18 | Alignment Living
Alignment Living: The premise behind cybernetic transposition is that all of our minds are connected at one level.

There are two parts to it. There’s inner wellbeing and outer wellbeing. Inner wellbeing is when all parts of our conscious mind and our unconscious, our body is a storehouse. They’re in harmonious balance. The inner and the outer speaking, and outer wellbeing are when you have the resources, tools, and opportunities to make your life the way you want it to be. Without inner wellbeing and peacefulness, that’s just wellbeing that comes from everything’s good. No matter what outer success you’re going to have, it’s going to be dragged down by even health issues. The work you do is helping people see that that inner wellbeing is so important. It’s a key tool that I use in the training Cybernetic Transposition. It very powerfully addresses both of these aspects of the inner level and the outer, because the inner level provides you with extremely powerful techniques to resolve contradiction disharmonies in your conscious mind and unconscious mind.

How would we know we have disharmony? We don’t have the energy we want. We’ve got worries and maybe are sick. That’s a sign that we don’t have that inner wellbeing and that harmony. When we do, the signs are feelings of wellbeing, contentment, love, compassion, joy, clarity, understanding, and we’ve got this peacefulness. One of the things I noticed is high energy. It’s like this indefatigable energy like we go energize your body because you’re plugged in. Everything’s flowing. If you think of electrical mains, you plug your computer in the wall. If you don’t have energy coming in, the computer is not going to work very well.

Most of us operate unplugged. We don’t know how to manage and harmonize. On the outer wellbeing, CT provides tools to manifest, whether it’s attracting a perfect for you partner or the right clients or money. A lot of people are in a place of lack that you believe there’s enough to go around. That’s not everybody’s view. When we come from that place of lack, we’re going to experience more lack. When we have this harmony and this congruence, everybody has enough because we’re in that abundant wellbeing state.

I see in people that we almost have to relearn how to tune in to this connection to recognize this discord or disharmony because there’s so much input. There are so many channels fighting for our attention that we have to put out a little bit of an effort to carve out space for ourselves and reconnect. How do you help people give themselves that permission or strengthen that muscle and tune back into themselves?

It is to set up a very powerful morning. We’ve talked before about a wonderful book called The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod. I highly recommended it. It was life-changing for me years ago. How you start your day is going to either infuse you with that energy or your stress. It may mean getting up 20 to 30 minutes earlier and you’re meditating, You’re doing some form of spiritual practice and giving to that part that is most important. We have to give to the world to make a living, but it’s setting your morning up. I allow myself ideally two hours. Sometimes it’s only 30 to 45 minutes and we shortened the time. I’ll meditate for five minutes and yoga for ten minutes. It’s addressing mind, body, spirit because if we’re not working the body and we’re only working the mind or the spirit, we’re out of balance.

Most of us operate unplugged. We don't know how to manage and harmonize. Click To Tweet

It’s something that I have been continuing to refine myself. I notice a big difference in the mornings when I can start off with my own introspection, some mindfulness, and then set the course for my day before I start getting the digital input. On those mornings, when there’s an alert on my phone, a headline pops up and I go down that path, the rest of the day, I feel like I’m chasing other people’s priorities. I’m not tuned in to my own. That focus does not come back. That’s so powerful having to step back and forth and be able to compare.

Susi, the daily success pages, the success journal, those five questions, when I do it, my day rocks. When I don’t do it, I’m like, “Why didn’t I do it?” That’s going to be coming out in the next book. That may be a little while. Books take a long time to put out, but it’s how to consciously create your life in ten minutes or less a day.

You’ll be sharing your own morning questions for success. It’s very powerful. Thank you. I do have that practice. I’ve found it to be the most profound way to set our course. We’ll go through the stuff that likes to try to demand our attention that doesn’t serve us.

It’s like setting the rudder on a sailboat. We’re setting our course for the day and expressing gratitude. All sorts of good things are in there.

I’m excited about the book that’s coming up and share that with more people. I was not familiar with Cybernetic Transposition until I began working with you. Can you share a little bit to introduce people who might not be familiar with that concept or this work?

It’s a set of tools and some could say it’s an esoteric or metaphysical way to accomplish our intentions and desires. If we have something that’s meaningful and important to us, and we have that congruence in harmony, then we effortlessly notice we’re taking the right action when it happens. If we’re blocked, if we have a contradiction, then we get stopped. It’s a comprehensive system to harmonize all parts of the brain so that we are operating and firing on all cylinders. Psychology and the metaphysical teacher speak about that we use 5% to 10% of our brains. What they’re referring to is a lot of our power is offline, and that we don’t have access to those inner resources, nor do we have access to the outer resources, the intuitive guidance and the helpers.

If you’re clear on something you want and speak it from the rooftops, metaphorically speaking, people will come and say, “Susi, I love it. I want to help you with that.” That’s the premise behind Cybernetic Transposition. All of our minds are connected at one level. When we have a pure intention that’s for our highest and best good of all, it starts to grow legs. The people come to support and make it happen. It’s a system of goal achievement, of releasing the negative mind that the ego fills us with so we can step in to be our most powerful brilliant self because the earth needs us more now than ever.

With the inputs that we tend to receive, it’s so easy for our ego to get out of balance.

When we’re identifying with the material pursuits without recognizing, “I don’t feel good doing this. I don’t want to do that.” We start to foresee. It creates that disconnect. If you start your day by responding to a text or a headline and it’s off, the further the day goes, it’s more off. Once we have that reset and we sleep and we consciously create our day, that makes a huge difference for us. It keeps building each day to get better. We look back and say, “I can’t believe I was living in that life. I can’t believe I was suffering from that health issue or that relationship or that job.”

There are some things that people carry for years, if not decades. Without the power of perspective to see that they can change that situation. They feel like that might be their lot in life. Whether or not they feel they created this situation or something is thrust upon them. Some people tend to give away their control and say they’re subject to this influence or that and it’s beyond them. Do you feel that comes from that disassociation, that separation from that connection to a higher true self?

I believe so because we’re trained as children to have our parents as authority figures. I’m not saying that’s right or wrong, but we’re trained. We have to defer our will to our parents‘ will. We go to school and the teacher is the authority. We go onto university, the professors are the authority. We sit for exams, they’re the authority. We are performing to expectancies and then bosses. That’s normal in the world and in society to check in and say, “Is it accounting the right degree for me? If I did that, I never would have done that.” We can spend years following a path that we think will get us where we want. I’ll never forget the story that Tony Robbins speaks about. It was a meeting or training and he was on stage. His team came and said, “Your company went public.”

He literally made $10 million in a few moments by selling the shares of his company. He said he felt nothing at all. At the end of the event, he was backstage. He realized how deeply unhappy he was and that inner wellbeing and outer wellbeing. The outer wellbeing, “Everything’s good.” The inner is marriage. He wasn’t connected. He couldn’t be his most powerful self. Can you imagine Tony Robbins contracting at home? That’s what he was doing. He speaks freely of it. We’re pursuing something from perhaps an egoic perspective that we think will give us fulfillment and we’re not tuning in, we get off track more and more. It takes a harder pull of the ropes, if you’re in a sailboat, to get us back on track. It is worth it when we do it.

There’s so much less effort when we’re in alignment. No more pushing boulders uphill, no more working against everyone and every event. Things start falling into place and that flow, that momentum.

It’s like you doing a podcast. You’re a natural at this. It was something that came to you organically and you thought yourself saying, “Yes.” You felt you’re saying, “I enjoy this.”

It has been a tremendous gift. It’s a great excuse to connect with wonderful people and to get insights and stories. I’ve always loved getting people’s stories. It has been wonderful. I like to enjoy the happy accidents in life, as I call them. The things that I wouldn’t have even thought to try to design or manifest, but here’s something and let’s see where this goes.

It’s almost like trusting that more than making a decision from this place, the happy accidents, “That came naturally and organically. That might be good for me.”

HAP 18 | Alignment Living
Alignment Living: It’s huge, especially for sensitive people, to be able to build and assemble those energetic boundaries. To be able to stay in your buoyant and loving space while everybody else is making their choices, which is right for them.

I would love to know a little bit more about the ways in which you’re working with people. You have a couple of different programs and one of which is a year-long intensive. Can you talk about how people can study with you to develop this toolkit for themselves?

I recognize that 2020 was so hard on people. They got uplifted when we gathered together in a group and we did exercises together. They felt more powerful and supported beyond the calls. I remember I had some clients say, “I wish you wouldn’t do the call so late in the day.” They’re in Europe. They said, “I can’t go to sleep after because I’m so energized and lit.” The highest potential program I’ve expanded it to include implementation, virtual retreats. We come together eleven times in the year and we’ve got a project, something that’s meaningful. We work on it individually, but we’re all gathered together. There are the teaching modules because you can’t get around the teaching. When you’re learning how to communicate with your unconscious mind and your higher true self, it’s like learning a new language like Chinese. We’re not trained in this in school. We had it when we were children when we were naturally playing and creating from imagination.

There’s some learning and then there’s application. What I want to do is to be a safe harbor for people so that they have a place to go to with tools that can help them get out of the negative mindset, and to be able to create outcomes that are meaningful. I know without a shadow of a doubt, 2021 can be an incredible year for people to feel powerful because 2020 was a deconstruction year. As 2021 starts to happen, we’re going to have a new foundation. With that new foundation, we need tools to build what’s right for us and society. These processes ensure that because whatever intention you’re setting needs to unfold for the highest good of me and of all involved or it won’t. I’m excited to do this. It’s a year-long program where people get the exact level of support. I’ve priced it where people can come in and get the essentials, which is reasonably priced for the full year. There’s an in-depth where they get more support and private coaching at the VIP level. I opened it for everybody to get what they need.

I love what you were saying about the potential we have to make 2021 an incredible year. I shared something that keeps coming back to mind. 2020 has been a tough year and now we’re getting into that fatigue part of it. We thought we could manage for a little bit but “When do we get back to normal?” is what I hear from everyone. It’s the wrong question to ask because I don’t believe that normal was serving us. If we know that things aren’t going to simply go back to normal or would we want them to? A much more powerful question to ask is, “What do you want to new normal to look like?” This is exactly what you’re describing. What if the new normal meant you live in the flow and you are congruent with your highest intentions and best true self?

You’re in harmony with your loved ones, your family. You’re attracting deep, bonded connections with people instead of going along because you don’t feel comfortable speaking your truth. That authenticity is so powerful. Susi, you radiate that. It’s one of the things I love about you. It can be a very powerful year, but it’s not going to happen by accident. It takes a conscious decision. In November of 2020, we’re going to be opening the doors and I’m going to share with people what they’re going to get access to and the kind of community. I noticed that when people start working with us, they love it. There’s this energy that as soon as they plug into it, they’re out of the fog. I had a great image that I found online of a giraffe when I was sharing a group meditation invitation on Saturdays.

It was this giraffe and there’s a big cloud or this fog bank right around it. It is above and it’s looking around happy, but everything else can be down here. It’s like that because once we get on this path, we will still witness other people suffering and people who are not making unfortunate choices consciously. They are perhaps still in a victim-blaming consciousness. They’re going to be in that fog. A huge part of the work in the last module is developing compassionate detachment so that you are able to be loving and present, but not go down in the fog and fear to help them there. You stay up here and support them with your energy. It’s huge, especially for sensitive people, to assemble those energetic boundaries to stay in your buoyant, loving space while everybody else is making their choices, which is right for them.

It is up to every person. You can’t, with insights and more perspective, tell other people what’s best for them. They all need to walk their own path and explore their own solutions. It can be difficult when you’re doing this inner work and changing the way that you see things. You’re still with the same family and friends group. It’s beautiful that your students or participants have this community and everybody is doing the same work at the same time so they can share their stories of progress or any hiccups along the way and support each other. That’s coming out of communities now because people are stepping forward and offering more support. We all recognize that it’s precious energy, our tender hearts. We need to help protect each other to feel safe.

If we're not working the body and only working the mind or the spirit, we're out of balance. Click To Tweet

I’ve had this story many times from students. When they clear a blocker, that things shift in their family. I remember a woman who has a touching story. She used to be very close to their son. There was a conflict. He was married and he had a child and they split. She hadn’t been around him for years. It’s breaking her heart. She did a single blocker pairing, the past perception and revision process. She said, “I kid you not, the next weekend he called her and said, ‘Mom, do you want to come to visit the kids?'” There are powers in changing how we are and shifting that because we’re connected to our loved ones and things shift. We don’t have to point out, correct, pull them, drag them on our path. As we stay authentically on our path, they naturally and organically evolve.

It’s a much stronger way to inspire. I’m not sure educated is the right word, but to inspire others to change and simply do our own work and let that process move us forward because people notice. They are much more receptive when that curiosity, “What are you doing that’s different?” as opposed to when we try to share and impart to others this brilliant new insight.

“You got to read this book and listen to this.” It’s a form of the ego. It will shut the person down because anything unfamiliar is unsafe. It has to be invitational by curiosity. You ask questions. It doesn’t activate the ego.

We can get our real work done. What are some commonalities that you find in the people who are drawn to your work? What kind of people are you working with?

Some commonalities, they have read the Cybernetic Transposition book, How to Get Lots of Money for Anything Fast. If anybody’s interested to read that, it’s on CyberneticMastery.com. They resonate. They feel it in a deep instinctual level that these exercises work. That’s one group. Another group is entrepreneurs on a spiritual path. They’re done with trying to force themselves and push the marketing in an inauthentic way. They want it to flow. You’ve used that term, flow. It’s natural or organic. I love working with entrepreneurs because they recognize the value of personal growth and development and how it impacts their bottom line. They’re willing to invest in themselves. A lot of the work is very practical like the course you took, Power to Focus. Pick a project that you’re dragging your feet on that would be important to do.

It’s merging or bridging our higher spiritual aspects with what we need to do in the physical world. Those are the two groups. I also noticed impacting people and sensitive men. Sensitive men are drawn to this work. Maybe because it gives them a way to be in the world that’s authentic because fake it until you make it doesn’t last for very long and it’s so uncomfortable. They step into who they are. It’s beautiful to see these young sensitive men know who they are and express their truth. It surprises me when I hear it coming back at me, a correction. I was like, “Yes.” It’s crazy. I see that they are stepping into their authenticity and it’s very safe to do so.

We’re still very much operating from this culture of machismo and male stereotypical roles where men don’t feel they can admit weakness or seek support in some particular areas. They feel stuck or blocked or they can’t get in the flow. By developing these tools and recognizing this connection, inner and outer balances, it unleashes the potential that hasn’t been able to feel aligned before.

Men are under such pressure that my heart is so cracked wide open because the pendulum swings to now females to be revered, and the masculine is put down and crushed from what happened in the ’60s, the feminist revolution. They’re suffering and struggling. You and I love working with men because they’re like, “I don’t even know how to be here because if I’m too feminine and vulnerable, it turns the females off. If I’m machismo and aggressive, then society rejects me.” It’s finding that authentic expression, voice and that balance because we need it. We need men to step up and to be powerful, not just females to be powerful.

Men who are able to accept that balance, to be honest and vulnerable when it’s appropriate, to not fear vulnerability or admitting the error of ways. It still a lot of stereotypes to break through.

How To Get Lots Of Money For Anything Fast

I loved listening to your episode on vulnerability. I don’t remember his name, but that was good.

Tim is wonderful. He’s passionate about transforming relationships. It’s wonderful to see that message coming from men supporting other men. I hope it’s also equally valuable to have women willing to hold that space and say, “You can come here and be authentic, and tune into what serves you and unleash your true potential.”

You do that very well. It takes one to know one, Susi.

I’m afraid I have to wrap up our time pretty shortly. I want to see if there’s anything else that you want to share before we go.

I would like to invite your readers to a little free program if they would like to. It’s about How to Manifest Your Intentions Without Force or Frustration. It talks about how to recognize when you’re in your flow, get in the zone and allow synchronicity to guide you, and start to trust the right time and action. It’s a wonderful little exercise. You get some audios. It’s a little minicourse. If you could share that with them, that’d be a great place to start.

I want to thank you for sharing, for doing what you do, for holding the space that you do, and for brightening your corner of the world.

Thank you, Susi, for stepping in and becoming a leader in the show. Whether you see it or not, you will be.

I would enjoy that ride. I’ll look back on these early episodes with a giggle.

Thank you so much for your time and for inviting me.

It’s been a treat. Thank you so much.

About Aryana Rollins

– Are you frustrated with your career?
– Do you fight with your partner and just can’t see the same vision?
– Are you working in a job that is draining you, yet the money is so good; you “can’t” quit?
– Do you feel you have no choice?

When we fight those closest to use it attracts negative opportunities. Employees who aren’t passionate about their work are the first to get laid off. Clients who aren’t being served well; go somewhere else! You know you can’t tell when someone isn’t into you. Well, clients and bosses all have that radar too!

So what can you do?

Clients say after working with the School of Self Revolution their life begins to work at all levels. Instead of forcing themselves to comply with career demands they manifest work that is more fulfilling.

Which means, you no longer have to force yourself to fit into “Cinderella Slippers” of an unfulfilling work life or even lonely unconnected relationships; you can recover your True-Self path.

Aligning to your True-Self means:

– Making money at what you love doing becomes easier and natural
– You learn how to break through your Unconscious Performance Limit (the amount of money your unconscious is set to earn this year)
– Attract your ‘perfect for you’ clients and work opportunities
– You let go of having to appear perfect and can be light and easy on yourself even if you feel rejected

Specialties:

1. Coaching women executives how to achieve their personal and business objectives working with their intuition and amplifying their success skills.

2. Turn conflict into harmonious cooperation with the Shared Vision Leadership Process. If you and your business partner or intimate relationship partner don’t SEE the same VISION you are unconsciously negating each other. This leads to unspoken resentment and failure. This simple exercise creates bonded, successful partnerships that are both operating from the highest place in themselves ensuring success in all they touch.
