Looking at the impact of stress on the US population and habits of numbing or escaping, such as alcohol abuse and other addictions, and the impact it all has on our health and  relationships, it’s easy to see that we need healthier methods of recovery. Working with a coach who can help you improve lifestyle habits and manage stress reactions, cultivating lasting positive change over time.
