  • What a great conversation! I am enjoying listening to these insights.

Kyona makes such great observations about health and caring for ourselves in so many natural ways. The practice of Ayurveda sounds compelling.

There are so many things mentioned here!

    I especially love these points:

    – that we are made of the same 5 elements from which the universe is made (thus, taking a wholistic view of health, mind, body, spirit/ breath works with natural wisdom – wisdom coming from Nature)
    – how our digestive tract is the conduit of health
    – that our habits can mask our nature and we may represent as our unbalanced self and think that that is our constitution (profound!!)
    – when the conversation begins about cannabis, I appreciated the points about where one may find information to present to their doctor,
    – that we have an endocannabinoid system in our body that recognizes and can respond positively to cannaboid therapy

Thank you for a well-informed, educated presentation about this topic, Kyona & Susi Vine!
